Vertical Dimension
Three stages
of integration.
Your archetype tells you WHO you are. Your maturity level tells you WHERE you are. Each of the 6 axes is scored independently — because nobody integrates uniformly.
Nigredo.
What you don't see runs you.
The Unconscious Pattern
The primary force is active — but it owns you, not the other way around. You repeat patterns without knowing they're patterns. You defend positions without knowing they're defenses. What feels like personality is actually compulsion wearing a familiar face.
What it feels like
Portraits
You are either always on stage — or you've disappeared so completely you've forgotten you have a voice. Both feel natural. Neither is chosen.
You say yes to everything and call it love. Or you attack reflexively and call it honesty. The pattern is invisible because it feels like who you are.
You control everything compulsively — or you live in beautiful chaos and call it freedom. The cage has no bars, so you can't see it.
“The most dangerous version is the one that looks like mastery. Operational success is not psychological integration.”
Albedo.
You see the pattern. It still runs you.
The Conscious Struggle
You see the mechanism. You can name it, describe it, sometimes even predict it. But seeing the trap and escaping it are two different things. The awareness is real. The transformation is incomplete. This is the most uncomfortable stage — because you watch yourself repeat what you've already understood.
What it feels like
Portraits
You know you absorb too much from others. You've tried boundaries — intellectually. But your body still opens. The insight hasn't reached your nervous system yet.
You see that you neglect the present for futures that may never come. You feel trapped between your dreams and the ground beneath your feet. Neither satisfies.
You suspect your own warmth is manufactured. Or you know your honesty damages people. Either way — you see the script, but you can't stop reading from it.
“Naming your shadow is not the same as confronting it. The map is not the territory — and knowing the route doesn't mean you've walked it.”
Rubedo.
The pattern is yours. You chose it.
The Integrated Force
The force is no longer compulsive — it's chosen. You operate from your archetype with full consciousness, including awareness of its cost. The wound didn't disappear. It became material. You carry it openly, and it no longer carries you.
What it feels like
Portraits
You speak when it matters. You're silent by choice, not by fear. Visibility is a tool you wield, not a compulsion that wields you.
You can say no when integrity demands it — and yield when the relationship is worth more than being right. You know which is which, and choose consciously.
You can improvise without anxiety. You can commit without suffocating. The structure serves your life — not the other way around.
“Real integration always contains the trace of the wound it integrated. Perfect confidence without wound is not mastery — it's unconsciousness.”
Your dossier scores maturity
per axis — not globally.
A subject can be Rubedo on one axis and Nigredo on another. That differential is the most powerful signal in the entire dossier — it tells you exactly where your work is.
